About Matt

Meet Matt! Matt is an adorable puppy at just 2 months old and weighing around 5 lbs. This little guy is likely a mix of Golden Retriever, Labrador, and Shepherd, inherited from his mom, who weighs about 35 lbs. His mini block head and chubby puppy paws are absolutely endearing! Keep in mind, he's smaller than he appears in photos. As a typical puppy, Matt is full of energy and curiosity. He loves people, enjoys cuddles, and makes friends easily with other dogs in his foster home, including smaller breeds and larger ones like a pitbull mix. While he hasn’t met any cats yet, his young age suggests he would adapt well to them with proper introductions. Matt is a great eater, happy to indulge in quality dog food mixed with homemade ingredients like carrots and chicken. He’s currently being fostered in Puerto Rico, but plans for his journey to a new home can easily be arranged. With vaccinations up to date, he will be ready for adoption after November 5, 2026. If you'd like to see Matt, virtual meet-and-greets can be arranged prior to adoption! Your new best friend awaits. Apply today!
