About ShadowHavard

Meet ShadowHavard, a big, beautiful black Lab mix who weighs in at a solid 90 lbs. This 10-year-old gentleman has a heart as strong as his build, charming many of our volunteers and staff with his warm personality. Shadow previously lived with a cherished senior dog and two cats, thriving in their company. However, his canine companion's passing left him feeling a bit lost, prompting his return to our care. Shadow has a protective nature, making him an excellent watchdog. He forms strong bonds with his people, but due to his size and strength, he will do best in an adults-only home where he can truly be the big, lovable guardian he is. A true water enthusiast, Shadow adores any form of water play. Whether he's diving into ponds at the park or lounging in a kiddie pool during warm months, he’s happiest when splashing around. Shadow also loves to play fetch and will keep going as long as you will! He enjoys car rides and trips to the park, making the most of every outing. Shadow has been with us for a while and really longs for the comforts of home. If you're in search of a loyal, loving companion filled with humor and heart, ShadowHavard could be the perfect match.
