About Lyra

Meet Lyra, a delightful and curious cat with a big personality. She’s sweet and wonderfully adorable, but she can be a bit stubborn at times. Lyra thrives on attention and enjoys meal times and multiple play sessions with wand toys each day. She has a playful spirit and can entertain herself for hours, often filling the house with her distinctive chatter. Her meows are so expressive, they sometimes resemble a baby goat, especially when she’s demanding breakfast or playtime. Fun fact: she has a charming habit of sticking her tongue out, perhaps due to a few missing teeth, but it only adds to her cuteness! Currently living harmoniously with her foster cat friend, Fifi la Floof, Lyra is fond of giving baths and even lets Fifi steal her food. While she enjoys pets, she isn’t a fan of being picked up, so she’ll need someone patient to help her get comfortable with handling and carriers. At around 4 years old, Lyra is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She is settled in Gibsonia, PA and is ready for her forever home! What are you waiting for?
