About Avery
Avery is an inspiring retriever mix who shows that a little adjustment doesn't hold her back. Living life as a tripawd, she has bounced back wonderfully and is filled with energy and joy. Just days after her surgery, she was already zipping around, climbing stairs, and even overcoming her nervousness about going downstairs. Avery is social and loves to interact with dogs of all types; she recently thrived with seven foster mates by her side. With so much energy, she thrives in environments with canine friends to play and romp with. Avery is a toy enthusiast, constantly ready for a game of tug. She brings a playful spirit and a smile wherever she goes. This affectionate girl is learning to enjoy all the pets and hugs that come her way. Avery is making strides in her house-training journey, though she prefers lounging on the couch over being crated. She settles down comfortably and is an excellent car companion. Although she's still getting accustomed to longer walks, her determination and adaptability shine through. If you're searching for a delightful, playful partner who loves dogs and is ready to fill your home with joy, Avery could be the one for you!
