About Rollo

Meet Rollo, a charming 8-year-old chocolate Cocker Spaniel, now part of DFW Cocker Spaniel Rescue. Weighing in at 22 lbs, this friendly fellow adores human companionship and enjoys socializing with other dogs. Rollo follows his people around the house and is quite loving and affectionate, providing warm company. Rollo is potty-trained and uses the doggie door to access his yard. He does have a tendency to bark at passing trash trucks or when other neighborhood dogs get noisy, but he's generally well-behaved. While he may not show much interest in stuffed toys, he has a strong affection for dog biscuits and treats, which can be handy for training. This intelligent boy already knows some commands like ‘sit’ and ‘down’ but could use a little refresher. It's worth noting that Rollo is an eager walker and may try to pull a bit on the leash. He's looking for his new forever home after losing his mom, and we believe he would fit well into almost any family. If you’re interested in making Rollo part of your life, please fill out our adoption application and mention his name at the top.
