About Norma Jean
Meet Norma Jean! This playful little cutie is looking for a foster or adopter as soon as possible. At just 1.5 years old and weighing 28 pounds, she is housebroken and crate-trained. Though she appears to be a Beagle/Corgi mix, that's just a guess. She loves to chase a tennis ball and enjoys her exercise, but once she's had her fun, sheβs perfectly content to relax while you work. Norma Jean is wonderful with people of all ages and is sweet natured. However, she does have a protective streak when it comes to her home and may be wary of strangers entering. She has been receiving training to help with this behavior and is making great strides. It would be best for her to find a home with older kids or teenagers who can help foster her training and avoid any mishaps at the front door. While she does well with other dogs, she prefers those that are friendly and submissive. Norma Jean is not aggressive but will stand up for herself if needed and does not appreciate other dogs trying to take her food. Feeding dogs separately is vital to keep her comfortable during mealtimes. She enjoys meeting new dogs slowly to ensure they are friendly. Overall, Norma Jean is a loving and intelligent companion, ready to bring joy to her new family. Click apply to start the adoption process.
