He’s shown incredible resilience despite not always having the gentle treatment he deserves. Boots is a smart character, eager to please, and has been making great strides in his potty training. Boots enjoys human companionship but is also comfortable spending some time alone. He walks beautifully on a leash, preferring leisurely strolls over intense adventures. This little guy is not looking for a hiking buddy, just a peaceful home where he can relax and be loved. We’re being selective about Boots’ forever home. Ideally, he would thrive in a calm environment, possibly as the only dog or with smaller dogs. Older teenagers in the home are acceptable, but we want to ensure it’s a respectful and kind atmosphere for him. Boots is more than a dog; he’s a special soul who’s captured all our hearts at Misfit Manor. We want to find him a loving family where he can feel safe and cherished.
