Domino is an affectionate 1-year-and-10-month-old spayed female Great Dane, with a large frame and a beautiful black and white coat. She is house trained and currently located in Stamford, CT. Domino is up to date on her vaccinations and ready to find her forever home, where her gentle and playful nature can truly shine.

About Domino

Meet Domino, a gentle giant with a heart full of love! She arrived at Lucky Dog Refuge this October after being surrendered when her owner became incarcerated. Sadly, Domino had a significant wound on her foot, but she's on the mend and looking forward to her bright future. As an estimated 2-year-old Great Dane, Domino has a sweet disposition and a playful spirit. She will be spayed and undergo a gastropexy soon, preparing her for a loving home. While she's adjusting to her new surroundings, she's still working on her leash skills and has shown some reactivity toward other dogs, so her compatibility with them will need careful evaluation. We believe that potential adopters should have experience with giant breeds, as Domino will benefit from patience and training to help her thrive in her new environment. She's already shown herself to be friendly, especially with children, and would love to find a forever family. Domino deserves a chance to heal, feel safe, and learn what unconditional love truly means. Could you be the one to help her write this next chapter? Click apply to start the adoption process.
