About Hazel

Hazel is a lively little kitten who once roamed the streets with her sisters. She craves affection and is eager to snuggle, often nudging her nose insistently for more love. Despite her outgoing nature, sudden movements or loud noises can make her anxious, so a calm environment is best for her. Her enthusiasm for food led to her rescue by a compassionate neighbor who couldn't bear to see her or her sisters homeless. Hazel prefers being the only cat, as she loves all the attention and can be a bit prickly with other animals. She has met dogs but is generally indifferent to them. Though she’s adjusting well to indoor life, Hazel sometimes retreats to a quiet bathroom for comfort. A private space will help her feel secure as she adapts to her new forever home. She's not suited for homes with young children due to her possibility of scratching if she feels pressured.
