Meet Bug! Born around January 2026, her journey began in fear rather than the joyful play of kittenhood every cat deserves. At just 16 weeks old, Bug was captured by animal control, frightened and alone, spending her early life in a cage, unable to experience love and adventure. Since joining our care in September 2026, Bug has started to shed her fears and reveals a playful, curious personality typical of a young kitten. It's been heartwarming to watch her embrace the joys she missed out on as a baby. Bug loves her cat tree, especially the top perch where she can lounge like royalty, rolling around in happiness. While Bug may take a bit of time to warm up to new people, once she feels comfortable, her sweet demeanor shines through. She will greet you, show off her adorable belly, and perhaps allow you to scoop her up for some cuddles. Bug's story is a testament to the power of patience and love; she has come so far and now seeks a home where she can continue to grow into her playful and affectionate self. Ideally, Bug would thrive in a calm environment without young children, allowing her the space to build trust at her own pace.
