About Flory
Flory is an easy-going, friendly brown tabby who was born in August 2024 to a stray mother. She purrs the instant she feels at ease and isn’t shy about showing affection—rubbing around your legs, following you around, and sometimes asking to be scooped up for a cuddle. Flory enjoys short, cozy lap visits and stretches out near you or slips away to go exploring when she’s had her fill of attention. She’ll greet you at the door and likes to keep watch by the window, especially if she has a perch for wildlife viewing. Flory loves interactive play with wand toys, tackles solo play with her own stash, and reliably uses her scratching post and litter box. She snuggles with her sister Faith and gets along well with other cats. Though she hasn’t met dogs, she’s likely to adapt to a gentle one. While strangers make her nervous at first, she warms up after some time. Flory should also do well in homes with calm, respectful kids nine and up. Quiet most of the time, she becomes chatty during meals when things aren’t moving fast enough. This is a cat who’ll settle into your routine and return your attention with steady, soft companionship.
