About Viking Arriving D

Meet Viking! This playful and energetic puppy is always up for fun, adventures, and of course, mealtime. With a friendly disposition, Viking loves being around people, including kids of all ages, and has a knack for getting along with other dogs. Surprisingly, she's also done well around cats and rabbits, showing she can easily join a busy, loving family. Though she might initially seem a bit nervous or stand-offish when meeting new people, give Viking some time to warm up, and her engaging personality will shine. Her playful energy is moderate, making her a great fit for an active family that can help her burn off that puppy enthusiasm. One of her adorable quirks is doing a fun little happy dance, spinning in circles when her people come home — it's hard not to smile! Viking is still working on her potty training and will need a patient family to help her with leash walking, crate training, and basic obedience. With consistency and love, she's set to become an amazing companion. This little one is looking for a family eager to include her in their adventures and give her ample opportunities to play and explore. Viking is currently in Texas and will arrive in Minnesota on 11/6/2026, needing to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN. She is available through the Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt program. Plan ahead, as pickups can only occur between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
