About Ro

Ro is a timid yet sweet girl who found her way to Westie and Scottie Rescue Houston after her previous family brought her to a municipal shelter. At around 8 years old and weighing just 16 lbs, she benefits from the company of other dogs, so a home with at least one furry friend would be ideal. She has completed her heartworm treatment and is now vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Ro’s calm and gentle nature makes her a delightful companion, and she is house trained. She is not yet tested with cats or children, so an experienced adopter is encouraged to help her adjust in a loving environment. With a small adoption fee of $300, Ro comes with heartworm treatment, six months' worth of preventative meds, prepaid lifetime premium microchip registration, and a safety harness. If you're interested in meeting Ro, please fill out an application online.
