About Maxx

Meet Maxx, a charming senior Golden Retriever with a playful spirit. He came to us adjusting from a difficult past but has transformed into a lovable goofball who enjoys fetching a ball and reminding us about treats. Building trust with Maxx takes time, especially since he’s wary of new people. To adopt him, you’ll need to adhere to a few important guidelines: he cannot live in a home with kids, you must own your home, and the process of winning his trust will require multiple visits to Glenfield. Maxx is house trained and enjoys the company of other dogs. Although he is not neutered yet, we plan to take care of that once he feels more comfortable. Did you know he’s originally from Slovakia? Ready to build a bond with a loyal companion?
