About Gladys

Gladys is a delightful soul who has overcome a challenging start to life. Abandoned by her previous owners, she also suffered a hip fracture after possibly being hit by a car. Fortunately, her hip has been repaired and she moves around with ease, demonstrating resilience and spirit. This calm, middle-aged German Shepherd mix loves lounging in the yard, rolling in the grass, and snuggling on the sofa. She's house-trained and crate-trained, and walks nicely on a leash. While Gladys has previously lived peacefully with cats, she needs a quiet home where she can adjust at her own pace. She's a bit cautious with new people, especially men, so thoughtful adopters who appreciate a gentle, somewhat lazy companion are ideal. With your patience, you'll be rewarded by the affection of this beautiful girl who so deserves her forever home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
