About Zelda

Meet Zelda! 💙 At just 8 months old and weighing 22 pounds, Zelda is an adorable mix of Husky and Shepherd with stunning ice-blue eyes and a playful spirit. She has a love for walks, hikes, and tug-of-war, along with a growing collection of squeaky toys that she takes very seriously. Over the last few months, she has transformed from a shy little one who wouldn’t come out of her crate to a curious, affectionate, and playful pup. While she might still be a touch timid in busy settings, her confidence is blossoming. Zelda is a smart, treat-motivated girl who is working on her basic commands and has made strides with her potty and crate training. She's quite good on a leash, rides well in the car, and settles down nicely after playtime. She has a spirited, chatty Husky side, particularly in her crate, and is learning to settle at night. She'll need a patient adopter who understands that puppies require time, consistency, and practice to thrive. An active home would be perfect for Zelda, ideally with a securely fenced yard. She gets along well with dogs of her size or larger and would appreciate a canine companion to help guide her, though she can also excel as a solo pet. Her interactions with cats and children haven't been fully tested, so gentle introductions and ongoing training will be key. Zelda is eager to learn and discover what it means to be a happy, confident dog. With the right support and love, she is poised to become an incredible companion. Ready to help her write her next chapter? Her squeaky toys are packed, and she's looking for her forever family! 💙
