About Maxine
Maxine is a petite 2-year-old Siberian Husky weighing about 34 pounds, capturing hearts with her gentle nature and cuddly disposition. Sometimes affectionately referred to as Maxi, sheโs surprisingly tiny for her breed. Although her earlier years posed challenges, sheโs making great strides in foster care, learning that new experiences can be positive. It takes her some time to warm up to new surroundings, but once she does, her sweet and friendly personality shines. This quiet girl enjoys long walks and even longer cuddle sessions, thriving on human interaction. Maxine loves mealtime, though she can be a bit picky about her food. While she prefers companionship during potty breaks and is house trained, dog doors are still a bit of a mystery to her. She is both house trained and crate trained and sleeps soundly in her crate each night. Maxine is good with children of all ages and hasnโt shown any desire to escape the yard. She gets along with other dogs, though she has her favorites and might enjoy being the only dog in a home. Her experience with cats is positive. If you're searching for a sweet, low-key cuddle buddy and a lovely companion for your daily walks, Maxine may be your perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
