About Mocha
Mocha is a joyful 8-month-old Beagle seeking a loving home. This playful pup has made a lasting impression on everyone at the rescue. Mocha came to us after suffering a traumatic brain injury that left her blind in one eye, with reduced vision in the other, along with a head tilt and a quirky gait. Despite these challenges, she runs and plays enthusiastically, often stumbling over her own feet from excitement. She's wonderful with other dogs, having met many with different play styles, so she'd thrive with a canine companion who can match her energy. A home with a yard is essential for Mocha. Her leash skills are still developing, and she enjoys freedom to explore. Apartment living might not suit her, as she can be vocal when she wants attention or food. Weighing just under 11 pounds, Mocha is expected to remain small. She's still very much a puppy, often gnawing on fingers or sleeves when given the chance, so her new family should be ready to guide her with love and patience. This special girl has a unique personality and an abundance of love to give. Let's find her the forever home she truly deserves. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
