Suki is house trained and has a sweet disposition, bringing a playful spirit to her newfound energy. Currently, she is a resident of Ironwood, MI and is ready to find a loving home where she can continue her treatment and thrive.

Meet Suki, a resilient 8-year-old female Husky mix who recently came to us for medical care. Suki has been battling a serious fungal infection called Blastomycosis, which affected her skin, joints, lungs, and even her eye, leading to its removal. Despite these challenges, she is responding well to treatment, showcasing her tough spirit. Suki is sweet, silly, smart, and now playful, truly embodying the vibrant Husky personality. While she does well with most dogs, she prefers calm and respectful companions, so meet and greets are essential. She’s also known to be good with children, although her behavior around cats is still a mystery. Suki needs a loving home that can continue her ongoing treatment and offer her the care she deserves.
