At about 3.5 months old and weighing 7.5 lbs, she’s a tiny chihuahua mix and won’t grow large. Known for her beautiful looks and playful spirit, she’s the most outgoing of her siblings. Cuddling and playing are her favorite activities, and she’s always curious about her surroundings. Dorothy is great with other dogs, having interacted with many of different sizes in Puerto Rico before coming to Maryland. Her foster mom prioritized teaching her important social cues. She will likely get along with cats, too, as she’s open to new experiences and friendships. While she's currently using pads and going outside, training will need to continue at home since she is still learning.
