About Amanda
Amanda is an adorable young friend who's about one year old and weighs roughly 27 lbs. She came to Mostly Mutts looking for a new home, and she's currently enjoying her time in a loving foster family. Amanda has been great with male dogs, but she's unsure about female dogs, so a meet-and-greet at your home is a must if you have other pups. While her interactions with cats are unknown, she absolutely adores children, especially those aged 11 and 16, although she may accidentally bump into toddlers due to her playful nature. This sweet girl is friendly and people-oriented, always eager to put a smile on your face. With a touch of playfulness, she also knows when it's time to relax. Amanda impresses her foster family with her good behavior during baths and her easy-going companionship. While she has a moderate energy level, she enjoys a good cuddle session as much as playtime. In terms of training, she's getting the hang of her crate manners, although she had a little mishap with a metal crate at the shelter. Her potty skills are improving, too, with only a few overnight accidents. She loves snuggling in soft blankets and being close to her people—there’s no such thing as too much snuggle time in her book! Amanda is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and ready to bring joy into her forever home. Her adoption fee is waived, so there's no cost to welcome this loving companion. Come meet Amanda soon and see if she's the furry family member you've been waiting for!
