About Memo
Memo is a 60-pound mix with a big heart and a silly personality. His unique way of experiencing the world comes from being deaf, but that doesn't stop him from being an affectionate, curious, and wonderfully goofy companion. He loves to snuggle, sunbathe in any window he can find, and keep a watchful eye over his kingdom. His previous owner affectionately dubbed him βsoft serve,β and one look at this lovable, laid-back boy explains why! Life with Memo will require some adjustments, particularly in how you communicate. But those changes offer incredible rewards. He's looking for a person who is excited to engage with him visually, build trust through positive reinforcement, and help him navigate his surroundings confidently. Memo knows some basic commands and would benefit from a refresher to adapt to his new routine. Patience and creativity will help him shine. His ideal home would be a quieter environment where he feels comfortable and secure. Busy streets and crowds can overwhelm him, so a calm neighborhood is preferable. Memo would also do best in a home without cats or children, as he doesn't have experience with them. If you're looking for a snuggly, fun-loving, silly companion, Memo is your guy!
