Hi there! My name is Max, but my rescue moms call me THE Baby because, well... I’m just that sweet! I’m about 4–5 years old, dressed in my very best black-and-white coat, and I even have an adorable little white tip on my tail. Just one more reason to love me! I do have one little thing that makes me extra special... I’m deaf! That means you can change my name to whatever you want because I won’t hear it anyway! But don't worry, I have plenty of love to give, and with a little patience and some hand signals, we’ll figure out how to communicate just fine. Here's a little more about me: House-trained AND crate-trained! I’m a good boy who knows how to behave indoors. A dream on a leash! I walk nicely without pulling, so our strolls together will be a pleasure. Good with kids and other dogs! I enjoy having friends around and could be a wonderful addition to a loving family. Part-time ball player! I enjoy a little game of fetch, but I won't wear you out with hours of playing. A little fun and then I'm ready to relax! Blanket lover! Give me a cozy blanket, and I'm one happy guy. Snuggling up and enjoying the simple things in life is kind of my specialty. Quiet and easygoing! I'm VERY mild-mannered and rarely bark. I could be a wonderful apartment companion or a great fit for a home without a huge backyard. I'm not the wild-and-crazy type. I'm more of a let's take a nice walk, play a little ball, and then curl up on my blanket together kind of guy. I don't need a mansion, a giant yard, or even a fancy name. I just need someone who will see what a special boy I am and give me a safe, loving place to call home. I'm available for FOSTER or ADOPTION!
