About Margot
Meet Margot, an affectionate and loyal 4-year-old spayed female Siberian Husky, ready to find her forever family! Margot is a gentle soul who loves her routine and is different from the high-energy huskies you might expect. She's quite calm, settles nicely when left alone from 10 AM to 6 PM, and rarely barks. Margot thrives in a predictable, quiet home. She does best with familiar guests because new people can make her a bit anxious. While she can be nervous at first, she quickly warms up to regular visitors. Preferably, her new home should be in a quiet suburban neighborhood where noisy children or fast scooters won’t startle her. Currently, Margot lives peacefully with a cat, a major plus for a husky! She also loves other dogs and previously shared a home with one without issues, though she can get a bit too enthusiastic during playtime. While on walks, her natural prey drive kicks in, and she might chase after squirrels. Margot is extremely intelligent and has completed 10 weeks of in-home training. She is fully house-trained and knows commands like "Sit," "Down," and "Stay," as well as a delightful "OK" signal for release. Her daily routine is both manageable and enjoyable. Margot appreciates a nice morning walk, a play session after dinner, and a relaxing evening stroll. She eats twice a day and patiently expects a treat after her walks. The best part of your day will be walking through the door—she’ll be right there, thrilled to welcome you home. If you’re looking for a well-mannered companion who embodies the beauty and calm temperament of a husky, Margot can’t wait to meet you!
