About Gidget
Meet Gidget, the gentle Red Heeler with a heart-melting smile. If youβre searching for a loyal companion who follows you everywhere, Gidget is your girl. Found wandering in the summer heat, she is now ready for her forever home after no one came to claim her. At about 4 years old and weighing around 40 lbs, Gidget is more laid-back than your typical Heeler. She enjoys a daily walk, some exploration in the yard, and likes to settle in right at your heels. Fully house-trained, she spends her days calmly lounging nearby. Gidget's personality is as sweet as they come; sheβs affectionate and loves to cuddle. She walks nicely on a leash and stays close by during outdoor adventures. Gidget requires a home where she can be the only pet, as she does not get along with other dogs or cats. While her history with children is unknown, a slower introduction would be best, making her ideal for an adult-focused household. Gidget is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and on flea and heartworm preventatives. She is currently undergoing a slow heartworm treatment, with care records available. Gidget is eager to fill your home with joy and companionship. Message us with your questions or to set up a meeting with this sweet girl!
