About Gary

Meet Gary! After being found in flood waters, Gary is now on a mission to find a loving home. This sweet Greyhound can be both laid-back and playful. Initially a bit shy, he quickly becomes a social butterfly once he’s comfortable. Gary loves sprinting in the backyard, enjoying neighborhood walks, and lounging with his favorite chew toy after an afternoon of fun. He has made great progress with potty and crate training. While he enjoys the company of other dogs, he prefers a gentler interaction and is not fond of roughhousing. Gary is not good with cats, and though he hasn’t interacted with children, he would likely do well with older kids who understand boundaries. Having arrived underweight, he’s steadily gaining strength with a nutritious diet. Gary is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and currently protected against fleas and heartworms. His adoption fee is $400. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
