Meet Maggie! Maggie is a 7-year-old, 54-pound English Bulldog with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She's set to turn 8 in December and has lots of love to share with her future family. Friendly and affectionate, Maggie gets along well with people, children, dogs, and cats. She's an easygoing girl who treasures simply being around her loved ones. A true couch potato, she enjoys watching the world go by from the comfort of the sofa, loves car rides, and prefers short walks over vigorous activity. There’s a bit of a stubborn streak in Maggie; when she decides she's ready to go outside, she’ll lead the way right to the door. Sunbathing in a sunny spot of the yard is one of her favorite pastimes. Maggie does have some health considerations, as she was recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia and arthritis. She takes an anti-inflammatory and joint supplement and is thriving with a relaxed lifestyle that includes shorter walks. Potty trained and crate trained, Maggie can be trusted with free roam in the house. Whether she’s napping in her crate or curled up next to you on the couch, she’s happy. Maggie seeks a loving home where she can be cherished, spoiled, and included in daily activities. An adventurous lifestyle isn’t required; just a family that appreciates her sweet nature and adores couch time, sunny spots, and treats.
