Meet Ruth! Ruth is a lovely 9-year-old Rottweiler who came to us after her cherished owner entered hospice care. As we get to know her, we're eager to find her a new forever home. This mellow girl enjoys the simple pleasures of life, like short, leisurely walks and quality time with her people. Friendly with everyone she meets, Ruth has been absolutely wonderful with cats! While she wasn't always the best with other dogs, she seems indifferent lately, showing signs of maturity and a more relaxed outlook on life. At 9, Ruth has definitely mellowed, choosing to take things at her own pace. In the shelter environment, she's understandably a bit nervous, but as she settles in, her true personality will surely shine. Ruth deserves a loving home where she can enjoy her golden years in the company of those who appreciate her gentle nature. She's spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and freshly microchipped.
