About Kansas

Meet Kansas! This little Chihuahua/Dachshund mix is bursting with energy and ready to find his forever family. At just 712 weeks old, he’s a bundle of curiosity and charm. Kansas is a tiny explorer, already full of wiggles, and will keep you smiling with his playful antics. His mom weighs about 12 pounds, but his dad's details are a mystery. Before you decide to adopt Kansas, keep some important points in mind. He is currently 712 weeks old and weighs around 4 lbs, so he'll be available for adoption once he's at least 8 weeks old. While he’ll charm you with his cuteness, he’s not yet potty trained and needs guidance on walking with a leash. Like any young pup, he’ll thrive on patience, consistent training, and lots of love. Kansas has been dewormed and received his first parvo/distemper vaccine, but he needs to stay away from other dogs until he's older. When you adopt him, you'll need to bring him back to our vet in Palm Beach County for neutering, a microchip, and a rabies vaccine around five months of age. You’ll also be responsible for his next rounds of vaccinations. A family without children under 10 years is best for Kansas since he’s small, quick, and wiggly. His future family should be prepared for the joyful journey of raising a young puppy that includes house-training, socialization, and basic obedience. If you’re ready for puppy kisses and endless love, Kansas could be your ideal companion! Located in Lake Worth, FL. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
