About Walter

Walter is a delightful 4-month-old Lab/Hound/Rottweiler mix recently surrendered to a Good Samaritan by his breeder. This silly puppy shows a cautious side in new environments but quickly gains confidence from other dogs and starts to play after initial introductions. Walter is a gentle baby who is currently learning the basics, including house training and commands like sit, stay, and come. While he tends to howl and bark when crated, he's improving daily. When he's not engaging with his foster siblings, Walter enjoys chewing his toys and snuggling with a stuffed animal. He's had all his vaccinations and will be neutered and microchipped soon. Walter gets along well with children, cats, and other dogs, making him a great addition to any family. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
