About Lucille

Meet Lucille! This beautiful tabby kitten has stunning brown and white markings and a curious personality. Lucille is independent and loves to explore her surroundings, bouncing around and even climbing on you when she's feeling adventurous. After a good play session, she enjoys curling up for a cozy nap on your lap—but only when it's on her own terms. Lucille takes life at her own pace and is a bit more cautious than her siblings. If playtime gets a bit rough for her, she'll let you know with a small hiss and prefers gentle playmates. Meals are serious business for her too, as she'll wait for the commotion to die down before she eats, so a calm home environment would suit her best. While she enjoys the company of people, she’s a bit squirmy with too much affection, making an older, respectful family that understands cat body language an ideal match. Currently in foster care, Lucille is learning to be the best little housecat possible and is ready for her forever family near the end of October. Her foster welcomes home visits to meet her and her siblings. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
