About Dominique

Dominique is a 5-year-old cat seeking her forever home in Traverse City, MI. She arrived at the shelter as a skinny stray, wearing a collar stuck around her leg. After receiving care and a chance to gain weight in her foster home, her spunky and sweet personality began to shine through. While Dominique takes some time to adjust to new environments and people, she eventually warms up to show her playful side. She adores interactive play, especially with feather wand toys. When it comes to affection, she relishes ear rubs and will nudge your hand for more pets. However, she also has her limits and will give a gentle love nibble to let you know when she's done, making a cat-savvy adopter ideal. Notably, she does not have experience with dogs or other pets and would do best in a home without young children. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
