Affectionately dubbed Miss Congeniality by her foster family, Happy brings a smile to everyone she encounters. Great news! Happy’s already house-trained and crate-trained, making her a wonderful addition to any home. She prefers to spend her time enjoying companionship rather than barking at every little thing. Currently, Happy is looking for a foster-to-adopt family in the northern states, which allows for some time to discover if she fits perfectly into your life.
