About Bambi Is Ready To

Bambi Is Ready To is fostered in Truxton, NY, and looking for her match in Friendswood, TX. She’s a spunky, agile little queen who brings big personality in a compact frame. Every bit the entertainer, Bambi loves rough-and-tumble play with other confident dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful pup who can keep up with her energetic games of chase and wrestling. But she’s just as happy getting all the attention herself—she knows how to soak up every belly rub, ear scratch, and treat. Bambi has even shown she can get along with dog-savvy cats, though her playful spirit might not suit every feline. She’s a six-year-old chihuahua mix (with possible Jack Russell and terrier traits), about 25 pounds and sporting a short brown and cream coat. Apartment or house life could both work, but keep in mind: Bambi does have a loud “please” when snacks are involved, so soundproof walls or easygoing neighbors help. She hasn’t spent time around small kids but has done fine with teens, and she’d fit best with older, dog-smart children who’ll enjoy interactive play. People-oriented and sharp, Bambi picks up new tricks quickly. She’s got real potential for dog sports, training games, and definitely couch snuggles when playtime is done. Her smile and goofy antics make her hard not to like. She is house trained, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations. Fun fact: Bambi is a Taurus, so expect a playful streak and devotion to her people.
