About Vinny
Vinny is a wonderful young dog currently in care after being returned to a shelter. His previous family found him too submissive around their dominant dog, so he was brought to us rather than facing the stress of shelter life. This little guy enjoys the company of dogs his size. He plays happily with a variety of friends, including a playful Puppy's or even larger companions. Vinny picks up cues from other dogs and has learned to sit for treats, showcasing his smarts. He’s an affectionate dog who walks well on the leash and loves to romp around. Though Vinny can be nervous in new situations, a gentle and confident dog sibling will help him adjust. He has a growly side at mealtime with other dogs, so it’s best to feed him separately until he understands boundaries. He’s had a lot of changes recently, so his new family will need to be patient and supportive as he finds his footing. At around 6 months old and weighing just 23 lbs, Vinny comes fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped. He’s ready to find someone who can take the time to help him blossom. This is an Out Of Town listing; we arrange transport to several states for approved adopters. Get ready to commit to an amazing companion!
