Born as part of a rescue litter after his mother was abandoned, he arrived as a little baby with his mom and siblings, escaping the dangers of street life and freezing weather. Now over a year old and approximately 30 pounds, Tucker is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. He’s kennel trained and somewhat house trained, making him a great addition to any household. He’s good with people and gets along well with other animals too. Tucker shows traits of both a Dachshund and Blue Heeler, which gives him that unique blend of intelligence and energy. He thrives in active environments where he can run, play, and learn. He may be a tad shy at first, but once comfortable, his vibrant personality shines through. After spending more than a year in rescue, Tucker is ready to settle into a home where he can truly grow.
