Tito
AvailableTito is an affectionate adult male Rottweiler, adjusting well to life with three legs. He has a medium coat and bicolor coloring, and he is house trained. Tito is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for a loving home in Hilton, NY.
About Tito
Tito found himself wandering the streets of Rochester, which led to the need for an amputation due to a badly damaged leg. After a successful recovery, this young three-legged Rottweiler is ready to find his forever home. Tito has adapted remarkably well to life without one limb. He's even managing to tackle stairs and is on his way to conquering full flights. This sweet and playful boy gets along well with other dogs and older kids, although his exuberance means younger children might not be the best fit. His affectionate nature shines through when heโs around his people. However, itโs worth noting that Tito does not get along with cats. Tito is food motivated, which makes his training a breeze. A quick treat will have him eager to follow commands or at least give it a shot. He loves playing with balls and is known to spend time entertaining himself with them in the yard. Tito is crate trained, though he wasnโt a fan of mandatory rest while healing. Heโs also fully potty trained. Having survived life on the streets and adjusted to being a tripawd, Tito is now ready to settle down. His adoption fee is $500, covering all necessary vaccinations and treatments. If you think Tito might be the perfect companion for you, donโt hesitate to apply and start your journey together!
