About Twister

Meet Twister! This little tuxedo girl feels safest when she has a sibling nearby, just like her sister, Cyclone. Coming out of her shell was a challenge for Twister in foster care. Unlike the typical kitten, she doesn’t run or act tough when scared; she freezes instead. The world seems overwhelming to her, but she's made significant progress on her journey. By the end of her foster stay, Twister could comfortably relax in the same room as her foster human. That’s a remarkable achievement for a kitten who arrived terrified. Twister needs time—time to decompress and learn the routines of a new home at her own pace. Having a confident feline friend nearby could help her feel more comfortable. Don’t expect Twister to demand your attention right away. Earning her trust will take patience, but witnessing her realize she’s safe will be a rewarding experience.
