About Tank and Dixie

Tank and Dixie are a bonded pair who found themselves at Animal Control after their owner lost their home. Fortunately, they were rescued by Robin, who has a soft spot for pittie breeds. After some baths and vet check-ups, they are now ready to find their forever home together. Tank is an adorable 3-year-old neutered male Pittie mix weighing around 65 lbs. He's a bit hesitant around other dogs but is learning to open his heart. He enjoys playing, snuggling, and getting all the attention he can. Just like Tank, Dixie, who celebrates her first birthday on April 11, 2022, is a spayed female Pittie mix weighing 60 lbs. She's more adventurous, loving playtime and running, while also cherishing quality cuddle moments. It's essential that they find a large fenced-in area to run and play together, and potential adopters should be patient owners ready to help Tank build trust. They must be adopted as a pair, as separating them would be too hard on both. If you're interested in giving Tank and Dixie a loving home, reach out today!
