About Tank and Dixie

Tank and Dixie are a wonderful duo looking for a forever home together after losing theirs. Rescued from Animal Control, theyโ€™ve received plenty of love after some much-needed baths and veterinary care. These Pittie mixes have charmed everyone they meet, showing a playful spirit and affectionate nature. Tank, a 3-year-old neutered male, weighs around 65 lbs and has a bicolor coat. He enjoys playing, snuggling, and getting attention, though heโ€™s still warming up to other dogs. Dixie, whose birthday is on April 11, 2022, is a spayed female weighing 60 lbs with a short coat. She loves quality time, playful activities, and snuggling up close. Both require a large fenced-in area to run and frolic. An ideal owner will be patient with Tank as he builds trust. Because theyโ€™re inseparable, they must be adopted together. Currently, they enjoy Purina ProPlan food and are up to date on vaccinations. If you're interested in giving them the love they deserve, reach out to discuss the adoption process!
