About Tails
Tails is currently at Waysideโs Canine Behavior Center, where he's learning to build confidence through the Confidence College program. He's a sweet male Shiba Inu who sometimes gets nervous around new people and situations, so a patient adopter is ideal for him. Once he warms up, Tails is affectionate and eager for attention from his favorite humans. He thrives in a home with another friendly dog who can help guide him through new experiences. Ideal environments include a quiet space with kids ages six and up. It's essential that he has a fenced yard to safely explore and release his energy. Tails will need to wear a martingale collar for his safety and should go home in an airline or travel carrier. If you're interested in meeting him, please bring your resident dog as Wayside requires a meet-and-greet before adoption. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
