Meet Chloe, a sweet and gentle girl eager to leave her past behind and find her forever home. This lovely 9-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix has faced many challenges, including surviving distemper and two rattlesnake bites, yet she retains her affectionate spirit. Chloe is calm and a little shy initially, but once comfortable, she loves to be near her people, embracing the warmth they offer. Chloe walks beautifully on a leash, enjoys car rides, and is great with children. She thrives in a serene environment and would prefer to live with adults or older children, ideally with a female adopter, as she can be timid around men. Though she is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and house trained, Chloe does not get along well with small dogs and is selective about her canine companions. We believe a home without cats would be best for her, making her perfect as an only pet. After all she has overcome, Chloe deserves a peaceful life full of love and comfort.
