He had a tail amputation due to a past injury, but he's fully recovered and is now ready to embrace life to the fullest. What he needs next is a forever family. We're specifically looking for a home where Gumbo can have a canine companion. Being around other dogs really helps him feel secure and eases his transition into new settings. At just 19 lbs, Gumbo packs a ton of fun into a small frame. He’s playful and enjoys the company of both dogs and cats. Gumbo loves human interaction. His foster mom claims he is the snuggliest of all the foster dogs she has cared for, which is saying a lot! He's neutered, vaccinated, and up-to-date on treatments.
