About Carbon

Carbon, a charming adult female dog, arrived at the shelter on September 24, 2026, thanks to our Humane Law Enforcement team. Since her stay at SDHS, she has been vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. This lovable girl has a lot to offer and is ready to find her forever home. With her soft, wiggly demeanor and gentle eyes, Carbon shines when sheโ€™s out and about. She walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys exploring her surroundings with her people. While Carbon can be quite vocal in her kennel and has shown some reactivity towards other dogs while kenneled, with a gentle introduction, she can thrive in a loving home. It's essential for her future family to help her feel safe and secure. Affectionate and playful, Carbon loves to be petted and enjoys her time in the yard with her favorite toys. While she has left-sided facial nerve paralysis, she's still ready to fill your days with joy. If youโ€™re looking for a sweet companion who enjoys walks and yard play, Carbon might be the perfect fit for you. Interested in meeting her? Grab a leash and come to our San Diego Campus today!
