Meet Canelo, the ultimate resilient sweetheart! After spending the first seven years of his life outside and over six months in a crowded shelter, he is eager for a stable, loving forever home. Canelo's past has shaped him into a joyous companion and a total cuddle bug. This well-mannered gentleman is fully potty trained and crate trained. He excels in house manners and can be left alone without any issues. While he enjoys a durable chew toy like any good Pittie, he prefers the joy of a good game of catch or a belly rub. Canelo has made wonderful progress in overcoming his fear of other dogs, thanks to a structured routine and lots of love. He now approaches life with excitement. His ideal home would be a loving environment where he can thrive as an only dog, preferably with older kids and no cats.
