About George

Meet George! This affectionate 4-year-old, 48-pound Coonhound is eager to experience the love and care he's always deserved. Found as a stray, George was in rough shape, but you wouldn't know it from his cheerful demeanor. Curious and playful, he approaches life with a goofiness that’s utterly endearing. At a recent event, George was thrilled to meet everyone, both human and canine alike. George does have a deformed front paw, but it doesn’t slow him down. While it’s unclear if he was born this way or if it resulted from an old injury, he gets around just fine. We are consulting with our vet about possible treatment options. Now, George is ready for a forever home where he can be cherished. He gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a loving environment.
