About Red

Red is an adorable, young Labrador mix who found his way to the shelter after being a stray. Although we don’t know much about his past, he’s eager for a fresh start with a loving family. He has quickly shown that he enjoys the company of other dogs, cats, and children. While he's still working on his manners and potty training, he's making great strides and is a loving, affectionate pup that craves attention. This sweet boy walks nicely on a leash and carries a joyful spirit despite his youth. He’s still a puppy, full of love and potential memories to create. Red has some special needs regarding his hips, as his vet has indicated a 50/50 chance he may require orthopedic surgery in the future. For now, he must remain lean and engage in low-impact activities, like gentle walks and light play, avoiding anything too strenuous. A family willing to assist him with joint care will help him have a comfortable and active life. Red is ready to leave shelter life behind and discover the joy of being part of a family. Could that be you?
