About Violet
Meet Violet! This quirky 4-year-old girl is affectionately known as "Kitty Kat," and she truly is one of a kind. With a personality that shines through her charmingly stiff walk and distinct preferences for petting, Violet lives life on her own terms. Surprisingly, she responds well to a gentle "pspspspsps!" and spends her days perfecting the art of napping. Whether she's sitting upright or snuggled on the couch, she knows how to relax. Violet has her moments of energy, usually erupting into zoomies followed by some enthusiastic chewing, but she mostly prefers a calm environment. She is dog-friendly and would do well with children ages 12 and up who can respect her boundaries. While we haven't observed her with cats yet, a calm household would be ideal for her. Given her heart condition, Violet needs a family that is home often and can provide her with the special care she requires. Our medical team is ready to discuss her ongoing needs with potential adopters. This wonderful girl canβt be spayed due to her heart condition, and she requires careful monitoring of her water intake to prevent urinary tract infections. Being house-trained may take time, so her new family should be patient and prepared for an ongoing journey. Violet may not resemble your typical dog, but her unique character is what makes her truly special. If you're ready to embrace her quirks and provide the love she deserves, Violet is waiting for you. Sheβs vaccinated, microchipped, and has an adoption fee of $295. Letβs make it official, apply to adopt!
