About Brooklyn
Brooklyn is a playful and loving 1-year-old pup looking for an understanding home. She comes in at a perfect medium size, weighing about 35 lbs, and brings together the spunk of a Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, and Chihuahua. With her short apricot and beige coat, she's as striking as she is easy to care for. Brooklyn is fully house trained and knows to sniff at the door when nature calls. She’s also crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night, and car rides are a breeze with her—she stays quiet and relaxed. Toys are a big deal for Brooklyn, especially her cherished Amy plush from Sonic, and she finds a lot of comfort in play. When out on walks, she’s enthusiastic but learning leash manners quickly. Brooklyn does best with other dogs of similar size—she’s more confident and happy with a canine buddy. Meeting new people is a little daunting at first, so she needs a patient adopter and doesn’t enjoy homes with children. She’s a bit too fixated on cats to live with them comfortably. Brooklyn thrives in a calm, child-free setting with time to warm up and another friendly dog for company. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
