About Libby
Meet Libby! This charming girl is searching for a loving family willing to give her the time and patience she needs to feel secure. Rescued from a property in Missouri, she can be a bit shy in new situations and would thrive in a gentle home where she can settle in at her own pace. Once Libby's spunky personality shines through, she loves to play with toys and exhibit her fun side. A confident canine companion could be just the buddy she needs to help her explore the world. With slow introductions, she may also do well with cats and children who understand the importance of respecting her space. Though Libby may take a little while to come out of her shell, she has tremendous potential to be a wonderful companion with a family that will support her growth. Remember, sometimes the best things in life take a little patience! Currently, Libby is heartworm positive and available for foster-to-adopt, requiring families within 30 minutes of our shelter while she undergoes treatment. She will need to remain on crate rest during this time, so her family should be prepared to assist her through this important phase. Libby has been dewormed, spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations. Ready to make a difference in her life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
